Einhänder

A side-scrolling shooting game developed by Square (now Square-Enix) taking place in a fictional future at a time when the earth and the moon are at war with each other. The player pilots a one-man space fighter called 'Einhänder' from the lunar capitol of Selene, down to earth on a suicide mission for critical natural resources, while following orders and relaying battle data back to the command satellite, Hyperion.
