Simple Blueberry Pancakes

Super quick and simple, homemade blueberry pancakes!

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons softened butter
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Separately the beat eggs, add milk, water, softened butter, and brown sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix well and pour on a hot pan or skillet. Sprinkle with blueberries! Flip when the bottom is golden brown, then cook the other side and serve with butter, jam, and maple syrup.
