Super Simple Pancakes

Super quick and simple, homemade pancakes!

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons softened butter
1 and 1/2 cup milk

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Separately beat eggs, add milk, softened butter, and brown sugar.

Add the mixed dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix and pour on a hot greased pan or skillet. Flip, when bottom is golden brown, cook the other side and serve with butter, jam, and maple syrup.
