Boss RC-2 Loop Station

This little one unit loop pedal is packed with fun stuff. It allows an instrumentalist, typically a bass or guitar player (but I have used it with a keyboard as well), to record and layer loops. Place it between your instrument and amplifier in the signal chain and with the click of your foot you can record a backing track to jam on. You can set the tempo by clicking your foot rhythmically or record a loop and have the pedal apply the tempo to the loop's length. You can record and save up to 11 loops for later. It comes packed with several drum and percussion loops to jam to (which is great for your rhythm). This unit is good for practicing lead guitar over a rhythm track or layering many rhythm and lead tracks to create a musically full loop. It's super handy when you don't have anyone to jam with and want a quick and easy solution to custom backing tracks.
