Foam Art

Few baristas master the subtle and creative intricacies of foam art. When making a cappuccino, caffè latte, mocha, or other similar beverage, the steamed milk can be applied to the espresso, poured and spooned with the most delicate of movements, to create pictures or cartoons. This takes years of practice and only the most determined baristas will accomplish mastery of the skill. When drinking such a decorated beverage, the drinker will likely think twice about ruining the foam artwork, but drink it they will as foam art is temporary thing, created for the entertainment of the consumer.
