Foucault's Pendulum

Foucault's Pendulum is an intense conspiracy theory novel by Umberto Eco. The book's title refers to the pendulum designed by Léon Foucault which moves with the rotation of the earth.

This philosophical journey of three editors at an obscure publishing company in Milan takes you deep into the historical background and conspiracy of the Knights Templar. As the editors find clues about the knights dating back to the 13th century, all the way through to modern day, they feed them into their computer database which is able to create connections between any two pieces of data. What starts as a harmless game becomes a life threatening discovery and the mystery starts to unfold.
