Greek Salad

A Greek Salad is a summery salad of Greek origin. In North America, the Greek salad has a base of lettuce with Greek fixings, such as olives, feta cheese, onions, pepperoncini, cucumbers, and tomatoes. In Greece, the salad does not contain lettuce, but is comprised solely of the aforementioned common North American fixings.
