Pesto Recipe
Here is a simple but delicious recipe for home made pesto.
Add to blender:
1 1/2 Cup Basil (lightly packed)
1/2 Cup Pine Nuts or Walnuts
1 Cup (3/4 lb) Parmesan Cheese
Dash of Salt
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
As much Garlic as you want!
Blend vigorously and enjoy. I typically make a double batch and freeze half for later. Great on pasta, bread, or potatoes.
