Passive Aggressive

Passive aggression is a human behavior where disapproval, disappointment, or anger is communicated indirectly. Often this is expressed with sarcasm, subtle hits, and body language. The recipients of passive aggressive behavior will often have feelings of guilt, failure, and undervalue. The aggressor always has a motive and opinion that they do not want to openly admit to. This behavior is passive because the aggressor takes no deliberate action and does not feel responsible for their negativity.
