Tea is a delicious drink usually made of tea leaves often from the Camellia sinensis plant. Black, green and white tea leaves are all from the same plant, but the process used to cure the leaves is different. Leaves to make black tea are wilted, sometimes crushed, and fully oxidized. Green tea leaves are unwilted and unoxidized. White tea leaves are wilted and unoxidized. Herbal tea is not made from tea leaves. Hearbal tea is usually made from a variety of herbal concoctions.
